At its October 14, 2014, meeting, the City Council approved support for the development of a Local Economic Action Plan (LEAP) program which requires the voluntary leadership and participation from business and community members for its success.

South Bay Boulevard Now Open - Road Resconstruction Completed
Road reconstruction on South Bay Blvd from Teresa Rd to Quintana Rd has been completed and the road and Highway 1 on/off ramps are now open to traffic. Final signing and striping will be completed during the coming weeks.
