Okinawan Karate


Uechi-Ryu Karate-Do is a traditional system with strong Chinese roots. This class emphasizes on flexibility, body mechanics, and self-defense techniques. Instructor Steven Goss is a 7th degree black belt with 30 years of experience and is a West Coast Representative of Okinawa Karate-Do Kyokai.

Tang Soo Do
Experience the Benefits of Training in Tang Soo Do. A Traditional Korean Martial Art. Improve self-discipline, focus, confidence, improve endurance, coordination and balance, get in great physical shape, learn to defend yourself, reinforce positive qualities, meet and make new friends in a family environment and Discover the warrior within. Instructor Dan Poorman is 6th Degree Black Belt with over 35 years of experience.  
     

Zumba Kids Jr. 


Zumba® kid Jr. perfect for 4 – 6 years old. It has friendly routines with specially choreographed and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Zumba® Kids Jr. inspire kids to express themselves through movement and play while effectively improving their overall health and well-being. 
   
Zumba for Kids 
Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music. Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun.
